Bắc 1 nồi nước lên bếp, nước sôi cho bột đã nặn vào nồi. Nấu đến khi bánh chín nổi lên thì đun tiếp 30 giây nữa rồi tắt bếp. Sau đó vớt bánh ra để vào nước lạnh.
Cho những miếng xoài đã cắt nhỏ vào trong máy xay sinh tố cùng với nước cốt dừa, đường, xay cho đến khi sánh mịn. Sau đó cho nước xoài vào chén bột nếp, thêm xoài miếng. Vậy là món chè đã hoàn thành rồi đấy!
